Refund Policy

At Lost in the Astral LLC, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with the services and products we provide. However, we understand that situations may arise where refunds are requested. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Courses, etc.)

All sales of digital products, including eBooks, PDFs, online courses, and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable. Once access to the digital content has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

2. In-Person Services (Massage Therapy, Spiritual Counseling, etc.)

Refunds for in-person services such as massage therapy, spiritual counseling, or other hands-on services are as follows:

  • No Show: If you do not show up for a scheduled in-person service without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than [24 hours] before your appointment, you may be eligible for a partial refund, but a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be deducted.
  • Cancellations before 24 Hours: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

3. Online Services (Coaching, Mentoring, Spiritual Counseling, etc.)

  • Single Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled online session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded.
  • Packages: If you have purchased a coaching, mentoring, or counseling package, no refunds will be issued for completed sessions. For uncompleted sessions, cancellations made within 24 hours of the upcoming session will not be refunded. Full refunds for future uncompleted sessions are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the next scheduled session.

4. Workshops and Events

Refunds for workshops, classes, or events are as follows:

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date.
  • Cancellations before 7 days: If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

At Lost in the Astral LLC, we respect your time and ask that you respect ours. To ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Window

  • In-Person Services: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations of in-person services, including massage therapy, spiritual counseling, or coaching. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Online Services: We also require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations of online services such as virtual coaching, mentoring, or counseling. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, the full service fee will be charged.

2. No Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled in-person or online service without notifying us in advance, the full fee will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Workshops, Classes, and Events

  • Cancellations before 7 days: You may cancel your spot in a workshop, class, or event with at least 7 days’ notice to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days: No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session or service with at least 24 hours’ notice without incurring a fee. However, rescheduling within the 24-hour window may result in a rescheduling fee of 25% of the service price, subject to availability.

5. Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstance, please contact us directly at [email protected] or (503) 664-0171. We will evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee under certain conditions.

6. Late Arrival

If you arrive late for an in-person or online session, we may not be able to extend the session beyond the scheduled time. You will still be responsible for the full service fee, and your session may be shortened to accommodate the schedule.

7. Provider Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Lost in the Astral LLC needs to cancel or reschedule your service, you will be given the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for a future date without any fees.
