Why We Built Lost in the Astral

Lost in the Astral exists because life does not respect professional filing systems.

A body can tighten under a religious conflict. A person can understand their pattern intellectually while their environment makes every new choice expensive. A divinatory reading can clarify a pattern without deciding what should be done. An assessment can show where several parts of life are pulling against one another.

The usual response is to split the problem into separate appointments and hope the client can perform the integration alone.

We built a practice that starts from the connection.

Two founders, different instruments

Scott sees systems, belief, power, consequence, narrative, and the pattern that keeps reproducing itself after the surface explanation changes. His background includes comparative religion, long spiritual practice, paralegal study, game design, martial arts, and decades of learning how different frameworks interpret the same human problem.

Kacie brings more than twenty years of bodywork across clinical, spa, resort, and professional settings. She is a licensed massage therapist, certified researcher, holds a BA in Health and Wellness and a master’s in Integrative Health Care Sciences, and earned gold in Wellness Massage, bronze in Sports Massage, and bronze overall at the 2026 Oregon Open Massage Championships.

The point is not that either person does everything.

The point is that LITA can distinguish the body question from the belief question, the interpretive question from the relational one, and the moment when the right answer is outside our scope.

Five working rooms, one concierge company

The public practice has five working rooms.

9-Self Coaching

Assessment-led coaching across nine connected areas of life, with a program shaped around the pattern the assessment finds.

SRP and Waystation

Pastoral counseling for spiritual, religious, and philosophical questions, with a wider platform for continuity, comparative study, and practice.

Massage and Bodywork

Licensed structural massage and responsive bodywork with Kacie, shaped around the person on the table.

Divination

Tarot, Oracle, Mediumship, and Channeling used to clarify what is active and what choice is available.

Esoteric Arts

Astrology, Numerology, Human Design, and I Ching approached as structured ways to examine pattern, timing, design, and choice.

Concierge does not mean dependence

LITA is a concierge practice because the client should not have to diagnose which internal department owns the problem before asking for help.

We help identify the right door. We tailor the work inside scope. We preserve continuity so a returning client does not have to rebuild the entire context every time.

Concierge does not mean unlimited access, permanent hand-holding, or making the client dependent on Scott or Kacie. Good support should increase the person’s ability to act, decide, and use the right resources.

What we refuse to become

We are not a modality catalog.

We are not a generic wellness brand that turns every difficulty into self-care. We are not a spiritual authority selling certainty. We are not a coaching company pretending to be therapy.

We also do not claim that one framework owns the truth.

LITA is omnist, evidence-aware, and practical. We can hold mystery without using it to erase facts. We can use structure without pretending human beings are machines. We can say a pattern is likely without claiming access to someone’s private mind.

The standard

The body, belief system, relationship, environment, and available choices may all be telling parts of the same truth. Our job is to identify which room the work belongs in, hold it at the right depth, and tell you plainly when the right room is somewhere else.
